1. General Terms & Quotation Process

Product specifications and indicated volume pricing on this platform serve as trade baselines. Binding procurement commitments are finalized via mutual proforma invoices and trade purchase orders.

2. Natural Harvest & Grading Standards

As natural agricultural produce, minor seasonal variations in natural pigmentation and seed calibration (+/- 3%) are normal hallmarks of raw origin. All shipments conform to international food codex grading.

3. Returns & Quality Claims

Damaged or compromised barrier seals noted upon delivery are replaced without fee. Due to hygiene and food safety standards, opened food packages are exempt from general cancellation rights.
